Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Figma Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create and iterate on design concepts using Figma.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Continuously optimize and enhance existing designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines throughout all projects and platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Figma Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
